I'm not exactly a novice in the kitchen, but I haven't really seen much of it in the last two to three years. I went from baking banana nut breads at age 9 and making my own homemade applesauce at age 12, to not really cooking in the last three years. I've been in transition with my job and living the single life which means lots and lots of take out. I've thrown out so much food in my refrigerator from good intentions gone bad it makes no sense. I rediscovered my love for cooking last week at this cooking presentation I went to at Henry's. It was this guy there from Hell Kitchen preparing this lobster pasta and macadamia crusted scallops that were bomb! I'm always taking on a new hobby so i figured why not share my latest interest?...I hope you enjoy!
